The presence of companies of national importance, whose dedicated role is to initiate and produce work, is a significant factor in Limerick.

Locis: Leitrim County Council

Locis was designed to provide knowledge, resources and opportunities for artist.

Support for Writers: Waterford County Council

Initially through the Artlinks* partnership, writers were identified who wished to avail of literature mentoring opportunities. Since then writers who are concentrating on their professional development were afforded one to one sessions with a writer on a regular basis.

The Emerging Visual Art Award: Wexford County Council
